2. Coping Up With Orders: Managing every order in an excel spreadsheet has been the go-to “automation” for them since day 1. This constant back and forth movement from the bank statement to spreadsheet imposed a lot of pressure on the accounts department while managing each client.

The third challenge was the onboarding process for fresh interns and writers, previously they used to rely on the manual onboarding process, where the owner had to ring back each and every intern and filter out them through the verbal and non-verbal exams. We seamlessly integrated our proprietary CRM into their business. Allowing us to mold their bass level framework from scratch. Using a single-click dashboard view has allowed the business owner to know exactly where their lead stands in their pipeline. Previously this was done manually as they had to rely on Google spreadsheets, manually dialing their accounts department for reference. Now the business owner can track what’s not working in the business just by looking at their CRM.
To capture a higher volume of sales, we shifted from dialing manual invoicing method and instead focused on automated sales using Stripe. The results showed a significant outcome i.e 100% retention in customer data plus allowing to make this automation future proof as well. Now they can fully leverage the infinite possibility of automation through Zapier.
